This course is primarily intended for healthcare providers who perform CHG bathing on patients
The educational materials consist of a video describing the rationale for CHG bathing and a demonstration of how to apply CHG. Watching the video will take approximately six and one-half minutes.
The goal of this online course is to effectively train healthcare workers in the proper CHG bathing technique in order to decrease the risk of adverse patient events and to improve patient care.

Educational Objectives
At the completion of this online video presentation, the participate should be able to:
  • Understand the importance of using CGH bathing cloths to help in reducing or eliminating hospital-acquired infections
  • How to properly use CHG bathing cloth on patients prior to surgery
